Our partnership would reduce the on-site ARO requirements for your project by providing the necessary amount of off-site affordable housing units that comply with the Affordable Requirement Ordinance and maximizing the return on your project.
Projects subject to the ARO are generally required to price 10% of the residential units as affordable. Typically, 25% of those units can be built off-site thereby reducing the developers obligation for the ARO and significantly increasing their profits. We provide those residential units for any qualifying development projects.
